Gersh has funded a speculative industrial development at 383 Boundary Road, Truganina
The development did not have any pre-sales but was funded by Gersh due to strong property credentials and underlying strength in the industrial sector of the property market. The asset was completed on time and subsequently sold above market valuation on an “in one line” basis, providing strong returns to our investors.
