Gersh is pleased to announce the hiring of two new executives.

Chris Neumann

With over 15 years of experience in focused development management roles, Chris joins Gersh as an advisor to our Development team. In his roles at Multiplex, EC Harris, Evolve Development, BPM as well as in his own private consulting firm, Chris has been instrumental in the delivery of projects with an end value of more than AU$3.5B, with experience in Australia, the United States and the UAE.

 

Chris key focus will be the advising the management of projects at Gersh and also offers valuable support in acquisition and disposal analysis as well as capital management.

 

Chris holds a Bachelor of Science (Construction) and a MBA.

 

David Veal

Having spent the last 4+ years at Heritage Property Finance, David joins Gersh as a Relationship Manager across both our equity and structured finance business. David will be focused on generating business opportunities (via the acquisition of new clients as well as servicing the existing client base). David will also be active in acquiring new non-traditional sources of construction and corporate recapitalisation funding.

 

David has over 20 years of commercial banking experience with a focus on both property construction and property investment finance.

 

David holds a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) and is a current member of the FBAA.

 

 

Chris and David bring valuable experience to the firm which, combined with our existing core team at Gersh, will enable the continued growth of the business through focused development management expertise as well as additional resources to service our clients directly.
